My NUT. I get 3 protein shakes, 2 SF jello cups, 2 SF popsicles, and a can of broth for dinner per day. I can have all the water, decaf tea/coffee that I want. I'm at the end of day 4 today ... I'm surviving.

My pre op liquid diet only allows 500 calories a day and 50g carbs, max.

I'm set for 12/21 also.

Broken Arrow, OK Will be sleeved Dec 2016

My last appt is 11/21 and they will then submit my paperwork to my insurance company for approval. I'm hoping for a December 12th surgery date.

I have UHC and I am getting sleeved in Dec. With my policy, a BMI of 40 or higher qualifies you for surgery without the need of a co morbidity. They also required a 5 year weight history, a 6 month medically supervised diet and a psych eval. I had to go through all of the doctor's pre-testing as well.
