Hi, I am a newbie here. My GB date is set for 8/26, I start two week pro op liver shrinking diet in two days. I have heard of Protein bullets, haven't tried them , wondering if any one has feedback on their experiences using them. I am thinking I would use post op maybe or when I am super busy.
