For anyone who had RNY, when did you go back to work? I will have 10 days from my surgery date before I go back. I am scared that is not enough. Hi, I am having bypass done with Dr. Fernando Garcia soon hopefully. I was gonna do the sleeve, but now am doing bypass due to my diabetes and GERD. I have been able to find a lot of what people say about having the sleeve done with him, but haven't spoken to anyone who has had bypass done by him. Would u mind sharing your experience? I am from the Denham Springs, LA area and am having surgery soon. Trying to find others in my area to connect with so that I may ask some questions about their experience. I know I need to get a doctor to agree to see me post o.o and perform lab work, check incisions I would assume, etc. I am not sure what kind of doctor to see or who might be willing to do that in the Baton Rouge area.
