Premier shakes are awesome, I just found the Will Power to keep the eye on the price,... I'm sure isn't the hardest thing you've ever done, Keep Up. You can do it,... My mistakes 1.- Keep watching food channel. Lmao 2.- My favorite show Hell's Kitchen,.... 3.- Going Out to eat (A looot of Temptation out there) 4.- Not keep my mind busy and just focusing on food that I like and I love to eat. - Drink Water ... sometimes that hunger feeling, it's just thirst ....

I don't if it's just me or anyone else had the same situation that I'm going through right now. I'm driving to the hospital my Surgery is at 7am and I have weird thought about it... I've been in my liquid diet for 2 weeks, and I haven't eat anything since 12am. But, Right now I'm like not hungry but I'm the only thinking about is just food!! =( Like just plain Food!!! I guess I do I am addicted.... Like driving in the Highway just thinking all the good food that I'm not going to be eating,... and like knowing that It's just a mental thing. I'm trying to keep my mind busy with other things. I even made a love letter for myself to read it for support and to remember why I'm doing this. Idk, there are just very weird thoughts. I'd recommend you to write a love letter for yourself. Be honest and write everything that you remember why you did it. Why you doing this. - Mine included the fact of being so embarrassing asking in the restaurant for a table instead of a booth ... - My back pain, etc, Etc. so, I hope that helps and try to keep you mind busy. I did some cheating on my pre-op liquid diet and I regretted so much. My surgery suppose to be yesterday but Dr. cancel the surgery because my Fatty liver so, Im going back on the liquid diet and try to loose more weight so, its important to stay on the liquid diet and try to loose the more weight possible Sent from my iPhone

Thanks, actually I ended up not having the VSG done. My doctor Dr. Clayton Frenzel decided to stop the process because my liver still needs to shrink a little bit more. I started at 394 and yesterday I was 172 so, Ive lost 21 pounds but it seems isn't enough. So, I got the cuts on my stomach but no VSG Ive to continue with my two weeks liquids diet ... loose more weight Dr said At least 20 more pounds,... To be continue,.. Sent from my iPhone

I'm in Texarkana, So What I did I sent all my personal and insurance information to Dr's Kim Office and few days later they just sent me an email saying that my insurance don't cover the Surgery and that's it, I was like move to the side and Next!; anyway I was bumped and sad, And without knowing but talking about the situation one of my co-workers she had the surgery few years ago with Dr. Frenzel and He comes from Dallas to Texarkana, so I setup the appointment and the Dr. Very knowledgeable, friendly, well concerned about my health and my weight, staff members couldn't be more nicer, Insurance coordinator she informed me that my insurance does not cover the surgery but right there in the moment she gave me option, she validate alternatives, and one of them is doing a EDG test for a Hernia to see if needs to be repair and if needs to be repair they can go ahead and do the surgery to repair it (and its cover by the insurance) and They will do the gastric sleeve at the same time, for a out of pocket cash amount, which really isn't that bad in compare paying full price, so Im going to Dallas to get my tests done I'll be gone for the whole day Sept 6th. So, I search a bariatric Doctor in Dallas, Tx my consultation is Aug. 21st Do I need to call my Insurance to know exactly what would I need to get approve or Is it better to wait for my doctors appointment? Ive seen many post and videos that some "tests" are required. Can I go ahead and start setting those up ? Get the appointment with a psychologist for the psych test ? Is that just an Adult Psychologist or behavior? The sleep test ? Do I call myself to do that ? Or rather wait ? I just want to have everything ready, if I could, all the stuff necessary if I can advance anything, so I can get it going ... Diets I did the Adipex pills for like two months like 3 yrs ago. Do I need to get on some kind of diet now? So i can have a record that I try? I did the green juice for 10days but thats it No Dr appt or anything so, how do I proof that "diets" ? As I guy, I'll say this, she told you or "warned you" to be a personal question, so there is nothing to be mad about ... She's family and we all know that being Fat and obesity isn't good for you health,.. Isnt like she didnt said that for the none-obvious I'd say that mostly the guys we're way behind on thoughts.... From the Ladies, He needs to see the reality, show him the new him if could loose all the extra weight, show him guys videos before and after, as he has been "supporting you", you have to motivate him. I think that we're raised to be the Macho man and boys don't cry, boys Don't do girly stuff, Guys do it too and I hope my insurance approves the surgery,... I've heard about this too, a lady at my work she has the Gastric Bypass and what she does is, she fills the cup with ice first then add the soda and wait until ice malts. A lot of ice more ice than soda. Sent from my iPhone
