  3. It is finally getting real! I receive the call that insurance has approved my surgery. Will have the VSG July 21 pending the outcome of upper G.I. and my laboratory work on 18 July. Been working on this since February! Really doesn't seem real! I want to feel better. I have not felt well in two years since having my hysterectomy!   5. I am Preop, and am taking two of the bariatric multi advantage with Iron and tolerating very well. Post op will need three a day. nutritionist actually recommended One daily preop but I have done well with two. Am having some constipation at times. Dreading postop constipation. I could not stand those chewable bariatric Vitamins either! Gag! I may add them to my smoothies once this is over with to keep from wasting them.The ones I am taking now are the capsules. My surgeon said it is fine as long as I can swallow it postoperatively. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  15. If you could do it Chelle! If possible, go to bed and forget about it. I do not think my doctor or insurance requires the two-week liquid diet. I think it is a 24-hour liquid diet prior to surgery. I am so glad. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
