    I've been drinking Vega One. It tastes terrible, but I feel like a million bucks after one, plus 6 servings of greens, and most of the Vitamins and minerals for the day. It tastes so much better with some sugar-free torani. I usually do shakes in the morning, it's the rest of the day that'll be difficult. Plus we're building a retaining wall today...eep!
