Gallbladder

I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. Any ideas for what I can eat after gallbladder surgery?? Online it says whole grain bread, Pasta and rice and stuff but I can't after VSG. It contradicts itself.

Lean Protein is great- just stay away from fatty foods for a bit, it'll take your system quite a while before it can handle those.

The only thing I've found that my body did not like after having gallbladder removed was blood Mary's and lemonade. I haven't been sleeved yet. I'd continue with your sleeve diet

I had my gallbladder out 9 months after my band. I tolerate everything except deep fried foods... had a tapas meal with friends that was mostly fried and was so unwell and uncomfortable for the night. It passed and I made a note to avoid fatty fried foods!
