  23. Inner Surfer Girl, my nut isn't very good. She knows nothing about how to lose extra weight being a diabetic. I haven't had soda or caffeine in 8 months. I count my carbs for my insulin pump. I will try the veggies Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
