4.5 months and so happy!! 91 lbs gone since September 2015. Surgery was in December
I have so much more to lose but I feel so much better.

Seeing all of these before, during and after photos is so inspiring, so amazing! When I was still working up the courage to have the surgery, it was your successes that gave me the faith to go through with it, and I truly have no regrets. I am only five months out from surgery, and I don't know how much weight I've lost. I'm sure that it is at least 80 to 100 pounds, I'm a find out at my surgeons in a couple weeks. But I couldn't help but wish to join in the fun! So here are some progress pics…

Almost 11 months post-op, from 252 to 175. Have been stalled for some time (at least 3 months, perhaps longer), but I'm running 5 miles at a decent 11 minute pace, and feel outstanding. These pics help to make me feel better about my accomplishments as well.

I love seeing everyone's pictures! I have hit my goal size (size 8) but still have 3-5lbs to lose.

I am still a work in progress, but pretty damn proud of what I have accomplished so far. 97 pounds that are forever gone. The first picture was taken July 2015. The other two were taken over the last two weekends. I am so grateful that I chose this decision for me, myself, and I. It's not just about the weight that has been lost, I have gained so much from this experience. For the first time in a really long time, I feel like the old me- but improved.

I am still debating on a goal. I would love to lose at least 40-50 more pounds. I'm just trying to live in the moment and enjoy where I am at now!
