  1. Yes I feel like there's not enough hours in the day I probably could get 48oz on a good day trying hard but most days I'm like 32oz and I get all the protein in
  2. I had to do it too and I'm glad I did because right after surgery you do it again and your already use to it so it's a little easier at that point
  3. You will if you follow the plan and walk it helps with pain too
  4. My surgery was 6/13 weight was 227 cw 210 so 17lbs down in 2 1/2 weeks and I'm 5'2 but it's different for everyone
  5. How long do these stalls usually last I'm like 4-5 days no lost same weight and 2 weeks post

  7. Its going still on liquids and ccan't wait to be on puree lol even though I did take a little chicken in the can today and chewed it really well my chest is hurting guess I shouldn't have done it but I started at 227 and cw 213 so its been nice so far are you excited
  8. Someone said you have to eat more calories to burn more weight so more protein and get the required water
  9. Sorry no advice here I was about the same size 227 and I had my Surgery 6/13 cw213 been there 3 days I think I'm stalling too

  11. I feel like that is happening to me now I will be 2 weeks post tomorrow and weighed the same thing for 3 days I'm still on all liquid

I did use a pillow the first few days when I laughed or sneezed and now I place my hand there to apply pressure just a little when it bothers me but I used the pain meds for the first week and while they helped they also put me to bed the entire day and made me weak and constipated more than I already am but I don't need the meds now so it's gotten better
  13. Gets better day by day I had my sleeve the 13 and my incision is almost done hurting now it's only if I'm bending or trying to lay a certain way but before it was all day getting up walking so it does get better
  14. I have been wondering the same thing as a mother and wife who is still cooking them every meal I can't have but it doesn't stop the want the only thing I do is remind myself that I'm to soon in and I paid a lot for this surgery I don't want to fail it
  15. I'm almost 2 weeks post op and have been asking myself the same question it gets better each day and for everyone it's different for me its a stinging sensation with movement of any sort and I can only lay on my back and get up real slow while applying pressure

I'm on all liquids and will have to be for at least 2 more weeks sucks and I hate chicken broth but I am learning to sip it up because I don't have much option I wish they would let me have yogurt but that's not an option for me just shakes and water jello sugar free not bad and broth mhmhmhmhm sleeved 6/13/16
