  1. I'm having an endoscopy on Wednesday and possibly dilatation if needed. I was so sick and in so much pain I thought I had blockage, but my CT scan came back normal. So my doc put me back on a liquid diet and I feel much better. I hope the dilatation helps so I can move on to the next stage. I hope you get better! Like you, I don't regret my decision one bit! 13. Today is my last day preop. Tomorrow is my big day!!! I am not nervous at all. My hubby is more nervous than I am. Poor guy. I probably made him nervous because I got my will, poa, and living will all in order this past week. And I wrote letters to my kids...you know "just in case". I'm just that type of person who has to have things in order. I have to take care of them! I doubt I will need any of them, but I always have my six covered. Send a prayer my way! 15. Day 3 of preop diet. I couldn't wait for my small meal. Im eating very slow and small bites. Which is very different for me. Im used to shoveling food in my mouth and barely chewing. I'm drinking Water all day to keep my mouth busy. I can hear my pantry calling me! Ugh! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. @@Photo925 Thank you for the encouragement! I had to take a nap yesterday just to stop thinking of my hunger. When I woke up, I made my small dinner and dinner for my family. I ate very slow and practiced chewing 20 times. I'm used eating fast and shoveling my food. I was still very hungry after my meal. Today is day two... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. Today is my 1st day of my preop diet. I can have 1 Protein shake for Breakfast and one for lunch. 3oz lean meat and non-starchy veggies for dinner. I am soooo hungry!! My surgery is on June 20th. This preop diet is gonna be so hard with all the food around the house for my four kids and hubby. Does it get easier? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
