I have not had the sleeve surgery yet but I did have gallbladder surgery in 2011. This is true it's like no pain I ever felt & i have 2 kids. It took me 5 ER visits until the fed up emergency Doctor did the ultrasound himself because the techs could not see the stones. Wow , it can stop the surgery! That's hard to hear let's see what they tell me. I can't exercise because of it I was on a exercise routing & made it worse I think so I decided to just have the surgery to help me with the weight loss. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Apple cider vinegar does work. I had horrible reflux. It gave me nausea, constant burping the meds we're giving me horrible migraines so I wanted to go natural. I ordered the apple cider vinegar pills I take 5 a day 2 in the am 2 at night. Over a month & it's been great !! Almost all the way normal. It also helps you go to the bathroom more.
