  1. Hi I honestly think that everyone loses differently. I've had a complete stall for the past 7 days but reading on here these things happen. I'm now 4 weeks post op and feeling so much better than I did before, all the regret and worry about what I'd done have gone! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  18. Hi All I'm am 3 weeks post sleeve and looking for someone to help me through this journey I was sleeved on 11th May in the UK. I'm currently on my 4th week of liquid diet, desperate to move to purees and soft foods not through but more through boredom. I'm managing to get 72 g of Protein in and my 1.5 litres of Water but that is about my limit for the day I'm not a big fan of Soup or shakes so have been using protein shots diluted with water which is really working for me. Sw - 214 Cw - 190 Gw - not yet set looking forward to hearing from others on this journey, thanks
  19. Hello I had my sleeve on the 11th May and have those feelings as well. But mostly I feel energised and motivated. I think my not so great times stem from still being on liquids, I never thought I'd be excited to eat puréed food. I'm still certain that this was right for me and I'm excited to start learning about food again. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. Thank you, everything is going well, I'm counting down the days to officially start puréed foods. I've never used an app like this before but I'm finding it really useful and everyone seems so friendly :-) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. Thank you for this at 3 weeks post op it's exactly what I needed to read :-) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. Hi I had my surgery on 11/05 and my starting weight was 215 current weight 190. I didn't do a pre op diet either but my post op diet seems a lot different to others (I think it may be with me being in the UK). I'm still on a full liquid diet - I have to follow this for 4 weeks, so still just over a week to go! Then 2 weeks puréed food before finally starting on soft foods. I'm finding it quite difficult on the liquid diet, counting the days down to soft food. Welcome to the forum!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  23. Hi how's every doing? I was sleeved on the 11th May, loss so far 19lbs! Have another two weeks on a liquid diet and need some ideas to get me through to the puréed stage. I've tried the odd mouthful of mash and spaghetti hoops but I really don't want to push myself too far! Any suggestions would be welcomed. Managing to hit Protein and Water goals by adding protein shots to SF Apple squash so not hungry just bored of the limited choices :-( Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
