No one said anything about it other than when I take a shower don't wash them just let the Water run over them etc. I'm wondering how often the bandages should be replaced and if I should use any alcohol to wipe them off? I am freaking out I was swamped at work and ended up doing over time came home and completely forgot I needed to drink the magnesium citrate im so upset, I'm excused and after midnight I can't eat or drink anything I don't want to spend the night in the bathroom and then go in exhausted but what do I do.
