  4. Had tondrink some stuff before I was knocked out extremely close to puking it up. The absolute worst part about the test. Personally I talked about culturally how I thought losing weight would impact me during my psych evaluation. I'm African American and having a voluptuous figure is an aspiration for many women. I also know some people who are survivors of abuse and being overweight gave them a feeling of protection.   11. Oh cheddar biscuits. Must find a healthy alternative. Those things are the best. Had my second surgery in 4 weeks today and have lost a lot of blood. Wishing I could have a hamburger, not for the junk but because I need some red meat!Carbquik mix with garlic powder and cheddar cheese is almost identical.   15. Do you understand how raw and angry your "stomach" is after being cut up and cut out? Do you understand your relationship with food as you knew it is now over? Do you understand that this isnt a magic procedure or the easy way out to lose weight? Do you understand that you need to be on a specific diet for years to come to lose and maintain the weight loss?

  17. Lots of hormones get released when you lose weight. Lots of ups and downs and nothing you can do to stop it. I remember that I had a breakdown ugly cry about the grass being to high and needed a cut but my husband was working a double. Lol Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

  19. Oh yeah, my hair was on the dry side before, but now my curls are just frizz out of the shower. I only comb my hair now with conditioner in the shower for less friction. The knots are like what a 6yo gets Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App
  20. My hair was very thick, barely could see scalp. The last month has been hell for it. I get in mybfluids, Protein and take Biotin. My hair dont care.
