  1. I was told to ONLY look at the fat (less than 5g), carbs (less than 10g) and Protein (at least 15g) for the liquid/foods I'm eating. What are some other things I should look for?   12. What is the best tasting pre made broth you've found? Also, any recipes for homemade? They had an AMAZING broth at the hospital and they said it's an institutional brand. I got the Rachael Ray one because I figured if anyone will have a yummy broth it'd be Rachael Ray but it tastes like it NEEDS to be used for cooking instead of for eating solo.   14. What do you all mix your Protein powder with? I'm slightly lactose intolerant so I mixed my Cookies and cream Quest powder with vanilla almond milk and it was pretty good, but very thick. Any ideas? What does it with Water taste like? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  21. I has surgery on Monday, it's Wednesday at 2:30am and they came to take vitals so I'm awake. I also just got more pain meds. I unexpectedly needed a drain which will come out tomorrow. Does it hurt?? That's the biggest pain and anxiety at this point. When does the pain go away?
