  6. I've been putting together a list of foods that i learn can be eaten for the past couple of days. I was wondering if anyone has gone back to bbq, steak, sushi, spicy foods....and how long out are yall from your surgery? One of my last meals pictured below. Spaghetti squash, chicken, broccoli, tomatoes...was lovely with a fresh green juice. Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

  8. Anyone else still have a nagging pain on the right side where they did most of the work? I'm 11 days out today Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  9. Lots of doctors will tell you Protein shakes are garbage due to the sheer over processing to get the end result. Also, on most labels the fda is never involved and the claims on the lable haven't been tested outside the company. So make sure you do your homework Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  10. None...no one hits goals without changing things up when we stall. I had to lose 30 for my surgery so i quit drinking, dropped sugar, dropped all unnecessary carbs. 20g of carbs per shake is insane and that's your problem right there. Unless you're walking/running 4 miles a day and in the gym 2 hours a day, how can you burn that much off from liquids? I'd kill the shake, switch to sugar free carnivore if you have it in your area. (GNC) Stick to lean Protein, chicken, ground sirloin, eggs, turkey, cheese and walk. Just go out and walk, put your ear buds in and go. You'll shed the weight, hope this isn't too late Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  11. I read, if you're in the soft food stage you can make you Protein shake into pudding consistency and eat it instead of trying to drink it. Haven't gotten to that with me yet, since I'm still on liquids and Protein shakes Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  12. They had us buy all of our shakes and Vitamins a week before. It's old already lol Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App

  15. Yeah, that liquid diet is a trip. I'm having trouble meeting Protein and liquid intake they want in one day. I'm ready for mushy foods or something other than boring clear and Protein shake but i know healing takes a while. Congrats on your surgery! Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
  16. Hello, i started my journey in January of this year when i was told o was diabetic and pretty much on the way to the hole if i continued my ways. I was told to lose 30 pounds but i lost 51 by the day of my surgery. I started at 370 and weighed in 4 days ago at 307. I feel great being 10 days post op aside from a little sourness on my right side. Other than that...having a great time not having to work lol. Here's a before and after for yall..
