Still a work in progress with quite a 7 to 8 month stall.

I was 8 months on 12-20. I've lost 93. I wanted so bad to hit 100 before the end of this year. But I don't see that happening. My nutritionist told me to cut all (down to 0) carbs for 36 hours and it would reboot. I am going to do a 5 day kick start after the 1st. 2 days liquid, 2 days soft, and 1 day normal. I've heard that does the trick.

How much have you lost?

It's disheartening. Everyone I know says it will pick back up, but I just don't know.

Im just wondering how things went for.other folks around this mark. I've only lost between 5 and 10 pounds between month 6 and 8. I understand stalls are common, but did you have one this long and if so when does it picknow back up?

Graduation day for the second time! 93 pound difference, 7 months post op.

The 20th will be 7 months postop. I'm down 93 pounds. Today is graduation day so I have a new comparison picture! (However, that first graduation was probably a higher weight that I even knew, so I could be more from the actual HW without knowing it lol) How is everyone else doing!?
