  3. It really does depend on your insurance. My first time around I had UHC and they required 6 months supervised diet, Upper GI, sleep study, psych appt and nutritionist and weight loss (all of these appointments were at different places). Now this time I am going through Kaiser and all my surgeon required is psych, nutrition, ekg and pre op weight loss. It took 9 months with UHC but with Kaiser I think it'll take 2 months. 17. Pauline annoys me something terrible with the way she ignores the doctors orders (no activity, eating what she wants, etc) and then she acts so befuddled when Dr. Now is upset. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App
  18. You look amazing. I don't even think you need to lose 21lbs. You have done very well and should be sooooo proud of yourself. I hope to be that successful. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App Thank you so much! People keep saying that but I am still 27.6 BMI and I do still have some chub. Lol Not a whole lot but hopefully it'll be gone 20 lbs from now I completely understand where you are coming from. I am 5'10 and people always feel I weight less than what I do but the BMI chart is always in the back of my mind saying I'm still so overweight. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App

  21. Yes I did. It was interesting to meet Lola for the first time. I found it kind of funny that when Chay first walked out as Lola, the 2 family members in the chairs were like "Ok..what else is new?". Pauline was up to her same ole tricks (refusing to walk, believing she is losing weight, etc) until towards the end of the episode. I am glad that she is trying to let her son have his own life because the way he has been living (taking care of her) is no way for someone his age to live. 24. Hey guys, So this is my second time around with wls. I am back on the pre op diet (1200 calories) and I am struggling so much with reducing my calories. I don't remember it being this hard on my last pre op diet (I lost 40 pounds on that one). Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App
