  10. I'm at the second highest weight 322 and I'm 46 years old I have hypertension, type 2 diabetic, hypothyroidism, joint pain, back, hip, ankles. I can not do this myself and I don't want to be dead or riding around in a hover round. I have thought about surgery for a couple years but I have never taken the first steps.
