  5. Im doing ok for the most part.. When i left hospital i was tired and had discomfort as well.. It should get better. I just took it really slow. Im still taking it slow. Lol. Not doing anything too strenuous exercise wise , except for lifting and carrying my 13 mo old twins. food is meh.. Im not enjoying this liquid stage, but I'm following it.   8. Evening all, I'm a few weeks post op, was sleeved on March 30 and I've been struggling to meet the Water target. Just wondering if i can count the water i use to mix the Protein shakes towards the target. My doctor wants me to take up to 2L daily! - i looked at him like he was high when he said that.   10. Hi all, I live and work in Nairobi, Kenya (in Eastern Africa) with my partner and our 13 month old twin girls. Sleeved on 3/30.   13. I'm scheduled for my Sleeve tomorrow morning. I live and work in Kenya which is in Africa. I work full time so I'm only getting 5 days off and will be back at work next week.
