  1. Right! I just ordered this sports bottle that actually peep to remind me to drink water. Should be here Friday. Called myhydrate . heard great reviews. It sings a jingle when you drink your 64oz, and reset each morning. Can't wait to try it out!
  2. Ok, so you are like me. Scared of losing it too fast and stalling later when its time to really put in the work to lose the weight. I took 3 weeks off to heal and get use to my new way of life.
  3. Thank you. I wasn't sure what to think at this stage. You hear so many stories and others on their journey. I wasn't sure if I was doing this correctly. I am following the diet stages given.
  4. Try true source protein water orange splash. It has 20g protein and taste great cold. Only sold at Kroger, or on their website.
  5. I have that same question? My surgery was last week 3/22. Ive lost 27 lbs already, just want to make sure it is normal to lose that much in 9 days.
  6. Hi all, I had my surgery on 3/22/16. Came out 12lbs heavier due to fluids. Once I came home ????, the lbs began to melt off. Ive gone from 299 to 270 in 9 days. My question is……. Is this too fast or is this normal before the first post op appointment? I still have another week before the appointment. Just want to make sure I'm doing everything correct.

  11. Bless your heart. Going back to work so soon. I took 3 weeks of FMLA. The way I feel today….. I will need every second of it????
  12. How are you feeling? I had my surgery the day before yours. (3/21). Im a little sore, but find myself tired all day! I also have lupus, hashimotos and fibromyalgia that may be the issue.
