Weight loss prior to post op appointment
Ok, so you are like me. Scared of losing it too fast and stalling later when its time to really put in the work to lose the weight. I took 3 weeks off to heal and get use to my new way of life.

Weight loss prior to post op appointment
Thank you. I wasn't sure what to think at this stage. You hear so many stories and others on their journey. I wasn't sure if I was doing this correctly. I am following the diet stages given.

Weight loss prior to post op appointment
Hi all, I had my surgery on 3/22/16. Came out 12lbs heavier due to fluids. Once I came home ????, the lbs began to melt off. Ive gone from 299 to 270 in 9 days. My question is……. Is this too fast or is this normal before the first post op appointment? I still have another week before the appointment. Just want to make sure I'm doing everything correct.
