  1. I am getting about 50ml 3 times a day. That just seems like a lot. Thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. Tomorrow is day 7 for me. It has been a breeze until today. I assume it's gas pain that is in my sternum area and nausea. Today is just a bad day.
  3. I was allowed full liquids after 48hrs.
  4. I drink Vega One. They are great tasting. Sprouts sells it. You can get tester sizes to ensure you like them. I wouldn't buy a big container of anything with trying first. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I have surgery 4 days ago and I have gained 9lbs! Just kidding, I have lost 6.
  6. Tomorrow when you wake up know it's a fresh start. Say no to all the garbage foods. Then lower your calorie count. You did it before...you CAN do it again. Find a positive mind set. Set small goals and work towards them. If the foods the family has is a problem ask them to be considerate and change a little. If that's not an option maybe go for a walk while they have dinner. You can and WILL do it.
  7. Me too. I just started walking laps in my house and circling my arms above my head. Worked great.
  8. I use Vega One. It is nice because it doesn't eel gritty after mixing it. I have only tried the vanilla and mocha. Both are tasty.
  9. Everyday is getting easier for sure as far as pain. The trick now is learning how to take small sips and not overload my new stomach. I'm not sure how everyone else feels but if I take to large of a drink it produces instant pain.
  10. I have been doing that as well. Thanks!
  11. I went and bought some. So far no real relief. I am heading to walk around the mall to try and work it out now. Thanks for all the suggestions
  12. How much pain is normal? I think I have gas from surgery still because I am getting very sharp pain and it's almost unbearable. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. Thanks! Sorry you have had to go through so much. Oddly I don't feel nervous. I just feel like it's like no big deal. I am sorta feeling like I am past the surgery if that makes sense. I'm not sure how to explain it.
  14. Thanks! I have been eating clean, using a small plate, and drinking a gallon a day or close to it. I am dedicated and ready for this next chapter for sure.
  15. I have lost close to 50lbs when they only asked me to lose 15lbs pre surgery. I am mentally ready for this. I understand there will be easy and hard times. I'm not worried about that either. I was just wondering if others were kinda blah and not too pumped up prior to the procedure.
  16. I was wondering how you feel closing in on your date? I am sorta blah heading into this week. I'm not sure if the nerves are counter acting the excitement or what.
  17. 4 more days....I don't know if I should be scared or excited. Honestly I am just kinda blah... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. Mine is scheduled for the 31st! Good luck to you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
