I'm at my final doctors appt now... Originally I was told 5/9 or 5/16 but that may be changing today unfortunately, by up to a month!!!!!

I tried taking a nap today without it and either my snoring or inability to breathe woke me up. I swear i heard the snore though. Hopefully after this is over, i can go back to not needing a cpap machine

I can't sleep without it now

I started, lost 7 lbs in 5 months and got it all back in my 6th month. The only thing I did notice was on my 5th and 6th month I was always hungry. Maybe my body was storing fat or something. Now, I'm just waiting for my surgery....

I was told "it's just not good for you" but no real reason why.

I didn't tell anyone except my spouse, my immediate boss, my big boss, and one guy at work that just had it done.
