  8. Hello love [emoji173]️ I am so sorry to hear about you being in pain [emoji21][emoji53]. What kind of pain is it? Have you done poopie already? It can be gas pain! Gas-X can help with this also! They have chewables! You will be in awe of how easier it'll get if you follow all the guidelines. Please let me know if there's anything I can help with! 11. Oohhhh I almost forgot beautiful people! You might wake up with a lot of gas pain! Picture a colic baby... yeah that's how bad! My surgeon made me walk it out, took me 4 hours to recover. If you have a cool surgeon ask them for Gas-X. It works like a charm. If you can purchase this prior to surgery, do so. BUT! Consult with your doctor first, as results do vary from person to person.

  15. PLEASE read on how much your body is going to change and how it will adapt to your new lifestyle! No one is prepared really, but you have to change your eating habits COMPLETELY! It is not a quick-fix! It is just a tool. 8 months out you will see yourself craving things and having more space in your pouch. I've know people that have gained it all back and some... Best of luck to you in your journey! Keep us updated! God bless you [emoji1317][emoji173]️
