  4. Hey guys! ???? I am having my surgery on March 11th and I can't wait! I'm already on a 10 day Post Op liquid diet and let me tell you guys... It is the hardest thing so far for me. I'm constantly hungry, also nauseous. I've been to the point were I have thrown up nothing but liquids and even heaved. It is very painful for me because it feels like my stomach is in a big knot. I am supposed to be drinking 4 Protein shakes a day, two cups of veggies and Water in between. That's it! I called my surgeon and explained that I've been feeling sick and also weak due to this so he told me to supplement one of the shakes for a bottle of water with low fat, sugar-free Crystal Light ????. It's not helping at all! Are any of you guys going through this or similar? Please any advice will help! P.S: Please no negative judgement. Thank you!
