  6. #Raw reality. So so soooooo proud of me! 8 days shy for my 10th Month Surgeryversary . From a size 20 to a 12, 40DD to 34C, from a 3X to a Large (fitting big a bit), from 289.7LBS starting weight to 258LBS on my surgery date... 160LBS today. I have tons of excess skin! Since I'm almost at my goal weight I am waiting to hit that 140LBS to start my workout routine so far I got to do 20 crunches to start on my belly and got to do 10 push-ups... I'll be honest... that's the most I EVER go to do it without struggling or hurting. This guys, is amazing to me because I am pushing myself to do what I have to do. I was smiling the whole time while I was doing my crunches . #Bariatric | #WLS | #GastricBypass | #WLSCommunity | #RNYLife | #BariatricBabes | #20MorePoundsToGo | #9MonthsPostOp Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  25. Hello Becca ! Girl you got this! I will say this... everyone is different and the results will vary! You will start feeling your best at about 3 months so prepare yourself mentally. One thing that helped me a lot was I always had portion control and always followed my food stages. So, if you like jell-o, pudding and broths... you will love this stage! I also found it very helpful to eat from 2oz containers, (salsa, condiments, dips are usually stored in them. You can find them probably at your local dollar store ). Also be very selective on what type of food to "test your pouch" with... I lost my soul to temptation one day and ended up eating half a pizza slice 4 weeks out, I got so sick! Are you doing any pre-op diets? If so which one/s? I had to do a 10 day liquid diet followed by a wonderful flush that was so disgusting and I was in the bathroom all day lol Good luck on your journey! Keep up the good work and keep us posted! ❤️ Always remember this is for you! No one else but you girl. Happy Holidays & God bless! ❤️ Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
