  1. Congrats all of the sleevers that went in today. I'm glad you're doing well. You're on your way to a new you!
  2. @@Ikandi right here boo! [emoji23]
  3. Good luck October sleevers! I'll be on the losers bench on October 6th.
  4. @@bkskinny I'm not nervous at all. I probably won't get nervous until I'm there getting hooked up to IVs and things. That's when I'll be nervous as hell lol. What about you?
  5. So days 1-4of the pre op diet i was irritable. Days 5-10 i was fine. It's now day 11 and i woke up in such a bad mood. I feel frustrated that people get to eat regular stuff while I'm drinking these stupid shakes. I'm sure this feeling will pass but I'm def in a mood today.
  6. @@JAYSPADE @@ready4sleeve me and @@Ikandi are both October 6th too. I believe there's a few more that day.
  7. @@Ikandi good. Def try it out. They are around 4 dollars. The one here does buy 3 get 1 free. It's a bit expensive but worth it to get your protein in since it has 40 grams and you need around 60. It also qualifies for the clear liquid diet after your surgery and it goes towards the 60oz of fluid that you will need to get in after surgery.
  8. You can but do you have a GNC near you?
  9. @@Ikandi I like the punch the best and this one second best. They have a few flavors. That will help you get your protein in. I know how you're feeling. This is day 9 for me
  10. If you get tired, check out the isopure. It's not dairy and it has 40 grams of protein. It takes like a power aid
  11. Oh no. Just keep in mind only 4 more days. What kind of protein shakes did you try?
  12. @@Ikandi hell yeah! Got my blood work done yesterday. How u feeling?
  13. lol I'll be nervous the morning of. It's all going to be okay!
  14. So I got my blood work done today. All looks good for surgery on 10/6. Oddly, I'm not nervous yet.
  15. @@Ikandi how u doing over there?
  16. @@dccarite who u telling! Same here. I'm so ready for these two weeks to be over lol.
  17. @@Ikandi aww thx. I be struggling over here lol. So far so good. How are you holding up? This is day one right?
  18. @@Ikandi it'll be okay. Just keep thinking about the end of the road when you're slim and trim lol.
  19. Do you have to do a last pre op appointment?
  20. I'm okay I guess. The pre op diet sucks and I've been irritable lol. I've lost 5lbs on this alone which is nice. I'm so ready for October 6th to get here. How are you doing?
  21. Good luck @ikandi. You'll do fine @@aortiz1987 there's a bunch of us 10/6 sleevers!
  22. @@dccarite I'm October 6th too and my diet is the same as yours. I'm three days in and it sucks lol. Where are you getting your surgery? I'm in DC and getting it at Washington hospital center
