there are always slowdowns even with the gym but it picks up, there was once when i reduced my pants size but the scale said i went up 4 pounds, the most important thing is not to let it depress you and always keep the high moral best wishes with your surgery and if you need anything you cant contact me

Hi all this is Yazan and today i have hit my 4 months post surgery and i before op i was 396 LB and today 286 LB with total loss of 110 LB, it feels great i spend 2 hours a day at the gym 6 days a week and only 60 Lb left to my goal weight before and after images are attached if anyone has any questions ill be more than glad to answer and help
