Sent from my Nexus 6 using the BariatricPal App Yea exactly what I am thinking my preop diet consists of 4-5 shakes of Optifast daily 6-8 glasses of Water and if I have to eat only 2 cups of veggies...it seems impossible lol Sent from my SGH-I337M using the BariatricPal App Well at least you can eat veggies.
