  1. Thank you It's Time! Everything is going pretty well. I attended a conference today and received multiple compliments from strangers and others at the conference. Really interesting how I'm treated now that I'm considered thin. How are you?
  2. Back from the cruise and still smiling! Worked out 5 days on the cruise and ate/tasted whatever I wanted. Lost 3 pounds and I think it's because I ate more. Now that I'm home it's time to figure out a healthy routine of eating to reach my goal of 10 more pounds.
  3. Maybe 2-3 days a week my body and mind says no food! Other days I feel just fine. No longer vomiting, which is good... It's just hard not having consistency I guess. Like I'm up now and my mouth is dry. The nurse shared that's a sign of dehydration from the day before. So now my focus today will be more Water intake. Knowing my body, more water throughout the day is less food. A morning like this will result in a 500-700 calorie day, which also means I'll fall asleep before 10pm... No energy. GNC has liquid B12 so I'm getting some today to help with energy. Food is the answer though, but I'm sure the extra B12 will help a bit. Leaving in the morning for a cruise to Alaska! It will be interesting how my body responds to unlimited food for 7 days. Almost comical when I think about it LOL!
  4. Hey guys! Hope everyone is doing well. I'm on my second body wrap. Really helps with tightening the skin and moisture. I like the process a lot. I have one more in the package I purchased and will do that one the end of June. I wanted to ask is anyone else having trouble eating? One day I could be great and drink lots of Water, Protein shakes, and eat without any issues. However lately I've noticed I can't eat as much or drink. I'm talking the smell or sight of food makes me nauseous and I just stay away from food that day. It's bothering me enough that I'm mentioning it so... Please let me know is anyone else is having similar inconsistencies with intake. Thanks in advance!
  5. Happy 4 months since surgery!!!
  6. Body Wrap was an amazing experience! Tightens and nourishes the skin. Skin feels better and I dropped a few inches for sure. Total weight loss at 4 month is 53 pounds!!
  7. 65 pounds is amazing! Congratulations to you on your success!!
  8. Yep, I feel the same way! I can drink 1 bottle of water in about 2 hours, whereas 3 weeks ago it would take all day. Weird...
  9. Body Wrap Report So, I finally made time to have a body wrap and it was wonderful!! Felt great and will see what results I get over the next 48 hours. I'll be in touch!
  10. Keep working hard and you will get it!!
  11. Slower weight loss is better for your body. You are doing great. Increase your workout and it will come off!!
  12. Good Morning!! No, I haven't tried it yet. I decided to do a body wrap first, which is supposed to help tighten the skin and help with elasticity. I'm doing that in the morning and will let you guy's know. I still plan to try a colon cleanse though. I'm almost finished with the toning gel and it seems to have helped my mid section some. I think it's a good purchase so far. Weight loss is amazing, but I now know slower is better!!! Our skin can't keep up with rapid weight loss and I didn't know or just didn't realize it at the time we had surgery. I don't have a lot of sagging skin, but I do have some and I would rather have everything tight if possible. Took a wile for me to figure out the weight is coming off no matter what so I can't just sit around. I have to lift weights and do squats to keep everything tight and right!! Eating is really weird because I eat whatever I want. Can't eat much, but I do eat anything except drink soda or any carbonated drinks. That's gone for life!! Anything else I've tried and my tummy is okay with it as long as it's in small increments. On average I'm eating approximately 500-800 calories a day. I will not lie and say it's all healthy foods because it's not. I literally eat whatever I want and my doctor is okay with that because I'm not getting sick anymore when I eat something. However, I eat healthy foods DAILY just have unhealthy Snacks like chips and salsa, crackers, a little Pasta here and there. Glad everyone is still doing great!
  13. LOL!! I'm cracking up over here!!! I love it!
  14. Met a lady today who was sleeved in January of this year and she had a colon cleanse. She said it was about $85 and lasted for 1hour. She said she's going every 3 months and it's helped keep everything moving since surgery. I think I'm going to look into it. Any thoughts??
  15. Congrats on your success! I am proud of you!! Does not seem real. Only 3 months ago we were in so much pain!! Glad it's behind us now:)
  16. Good Morning Everyone, Since the surgery and weight loss, I've been concerned with loose skin. Yesterday, I started using full weights at the gym and I'm extremely sore this morning. I only lifted on my upper body, but had no idea how weak my upper body had become!! Today, I will lift on the lower body and contribute to alternate. For motivation I've placed a picture of myself at my highest weight on my bathroom mirror as a reminder of what I never want to look like again. Also, I'm really working on the Water intake. I must figure that out to continue to flush bad toxins and fat out of my body through my urine. Since food is staying with me more and I'm learning my new body. I'm now able to develop realistic goals and attainable plans. Wish me luck!!
