Shaking and freezing
Hello Everyone, I just had my third surgury last week for a obstruction. While I was in the hospital, my sugar dropped and they gave me insulin. I am not diabetic. This happen to me a few month back. Today it happen again. I started saying it was freezing, I started to shake uncontrollably and had to go under my blanket and still was cold. I got dizzy a few times. Is this normal? I am concern. I also felt weak and sleepy when it happen. Please any suggestions? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Abdominal belt or band
Hello everyone Haven't been able to chat for a while like I have want to. I again had complication and just got home from having the lower intestine revise. Had a obstruction and a lot of scar tissue which was preventing me from keeping food down. It has been a nightmare for me but I hope this is my last time. Within 11 month have had 3 surgury and 4 dilation. I believe this time I will be better. I do feel a little better. I really love this support group and need all the support I can have. I have a question. I have had this cough before I had surgury and it is not a pneumonia. I scream of pain even when I hold on and hug a pillow tight to support my stomach. I was wondering if anyone recommends or have wore a belly belt for extra support. Please let me know. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Oatmeal or grits
I eat oatmeal but make it natural not from the packet since it has a lot more sugar and carbs. Oatmeal is really good for you.

TMI question, but I'm genuinely curious
I do have sagging skin on my legs and belly and arm. I will consider plastic surgury when I feel stronger since I been having some medical issues but all will work out. Don't feel like you only one cause we all face through something. When the time comes then you can consider surgury. Wish you the best.

Exhausted....
Hello. It is normal to feel tired but don't push your body to do more. When you feel exhausted , rest. Your body needs rest. Don't fight it. I felt weak also since I lost so much weight so fast. Have they checked your blood pressure??? They may have to do some blood work to make sure all your levels are good. You will be ok .

Hi I am having same issue and I am 8 month out. What do you feel when you eat? I been having a comfortable feeling when I eat. I feel full and than after like 10 to 15 minutes I feel this uncomfortable feeling like a little pain traveling up and feel like bubbles in my stomachs. It's kind of hard to explain but I would like to know if it's truly gas pain. Have you tried gasX strips?
