What was your defining moment?
I didn't really have issues with How I looked (sexy then sexier now lol). My turning point was that my sexy was not lining up with the high blood pressure and my endocrinologist telling me that the 140 units of Lantus along with the three shots of 22-30 units of fast acting insulin before each meal that did it for me. Came home and had a very long conversation with myself about the reality of my health. I was a fitness instructor so my body was very toned that was what I used as my argument and crutch. @@Gucci and @@AnaDmom3 you are doing great it's a process take your time and don't compare yourself to others. Everyone has their own journey and this is just the beginning of yours. It will be a year for me on January 12th and I continue to learn something about me, food and this new way of living everyday.

Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Hope it works @lizardqueen. I just updated my tracker. Down 94 since 1/12/16.

No goal weight.
I started out like you with no goal weight in mind and it was great. I was surprised that I was loosing weight. Now i look at it in ten pound increments with little weight goals.
