I have surgery in two weeks, may 24! Absolutely over the moon excited! I have everything I need for the pre op liver reduction diet and am determined!

Mi believe he is doing this to get some weight off before my surgery, but honestly, it doesn't make a huge amount of sense to me!

Have you ever tried unflavored powder?? Then you can do whatever flavored you want!

Depends on surgeon! My surgeon is having me do the preop sort 1week on/ 1 week off until my surgery, months away, to have me lose some weight before hand too!

Hi all! I'm just starting my journey with WLS! I am planning on having surgery in May! My doctor is having me do my pre op diet on and off until the surgery. ( pre op consists of protein shakes and veggies) has this happened to anyone else?

I am just starting my journey, but am trying to keep it to myself... Now I have a twin who's also getting the surgery and she wants to tell everyone.... Tough situation????
