  5. If I were at a point where I had a tummy tuck and inner thigh lift, then, yes, I would wear a bikini. However, I'm not aiming for a size 6, 8, or even 10. I'm aiming for a size 12. I like my curves and don't want to lose them. Personally, I think if I were smaller than a size 12, I would no longer have a booty or birthing hips (of which I'm quite fond). Just my personal opinion, of course. To each their own.
  6. Hi EmileeKaye, Congrats on scheduling your fill. After I get a fill, I am on liquids the remainder of that day and the following day, mushies the next and then back to solid foods. You may wish to ask your surgeon what he recommends. Good luck! Tricia
  7. Congrats, Kim and Mia!! :uwelcome:
  8. LOL....here's your answer. Oddly enough, it was also in your post. Fact: A group of rabbits is called a herd. http://www.rabbit.org/care/facts.html And leener, don't be so hard on yourself. Everyone makes mistakes now and then. *hugs*
  9. Welcome to lapbandtalk.com, Michelle. I'm a Pacific Northwest native (Oregon) now living in Louisiana. Getting lap band surgery was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I wish you the best of luck with your decision.

I don't know if anyone has answered you yet, but Kellie sang Bohemian Rhapsody. She did a good job too.
  17. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy, huh? I'm happy that you had a good first fill experience, # 1. :biggrin1: P.S. My surgeon's office always takes off 2 pounds for clothing and shoes. Does your surgeon do the same?
  18. My surgeon warned against NSAIDS but said that if I needed to take one on the off chance liquid Tylenol wasn't doing the trick, that it would be ok. He just warns against taking NSAIDS on a regular basis. Of course, every surgeon is different. I would follow your instructions but ask your surgeon if taking one every now and then would be ok.
  19. My surgeon's directions were the same as Alexra's. If I remember correctly, we waited for 3-4 days. Just make sure you hold the palm of your hand over your port site while in the missionary position. You'll understand why if you don't. :biggrin1:
  20. C 202 (- 72 total, - 4 this week) P'Nut, since I've been deducting my total weight loss from my surgery day weight (S 274) rather than my highest weight, will you please include it on the first page of stats? Thanks!
