  4. Hello May bandsters. I wanted to know how everyone else feels when the needle is pulled out after your fill. I feel a pull and a pop in my throat. Makes me want to vomit.
  5. Hi Guy's! I also can eat whatever I want and allot more than I thought I could. This Friday I go for my second fill and I have allot of questions for the doctor. Let me know if any of you have these feelings. My insides always feel like there being pulled. My hips and my back are always sore now. Let me know.

  7. I got my first fill today 1.5cc's. I was surprised that he had to stab the port. I almost lost it then....and I have no fear of needles. He said I wouldn't feel any big restriction yet and I don't. He told be to be patient and everybody's different. Has anyone else felt the stab?
  8. Hi Everyone! My first fill will be July 3rd. Right now I can eat and drink whatever I want. Having a little problem with hunger:cool2:. Sometimes I feel like my band isn't there. How many CC's should I get the first time?
  9. When I first heard people having trouble with eggs I was mad because I love scrambled eggs. Then it was my turn. Happily I eat Egg Beaters with cheese with no problem. I just wonder what will happen after my first fill. Will they start to get stuck?
  10. Hi Sarah! I was very lucky with very little pain. I took one vicoden the day I came home and thats it. The only cut that is still a little sore is the port incision. I feel some pulling when I eat but thats ok it must have to do with the healing process.
  11. You had staples! I didn't even have stitches just tape.Everyone is so different. I'm glad you tried the victims.
  12. Try taking 2 Flintstones chewable vitamins. Thats what I take.......not bad.
  13. Didn't your doctor make you lose any weight before your surgery?
  14. Hi! Banded on the 12th doing great! I think I'm one of the lucky ones. I was up walking 3 hours after surgery. My belly was swollen from gas but I got all that out the next day. I was very surprised I had no stitches on the outside. My husband said I look like I was stabbed 5 little times.LOL!

  16. I had the same problems. My throat was killing me. They gave me ice chips and it worked.

  19. I was banded yesterday and I'm not hungry yet. It really hurts when I take a deep breath. Does anyone else have this problem.
