Yes, I found a bariatric doc in the Myrtle Beach, SC area that would do my fills. Dr. Balder of Advanced Surgical Associates in Conway, SC (about a half an hour from Myrtle Beach) has been doing my fills. It has been a good experience. Good luck!

I had lap-band surgery about four weeks ago. I'm back to eating fairly normally again with some exceptions. I was wondering if it's OK for me to start taking Actonel (for thinning of the bones) again? Does anyone take Actonel? If so, how soon did you resume taking it after your surgery? I'm a little nervous about it because Actonel is kind of hard on the stomach. Thank you!

My surgery is scheduled for Apr 22 and I find I'm already starting to overeat in anticipation. I guess it's a last hurrah before I have to get serious. It doesn't make much sense really, but I feel the same thing coming on. You're not alone!
