  5. I'm 5'9 1/2 on the date of my surgery I was 272. My surgery was on 11/16. My goal is to reach 200lbs by my birthday in June and to loose 100 by my first year anniversary!
  6. The chicken broth had too much sodium for me. I ate some of the jello but for me the hospital's vanilla pudding was soooooo good. I was sleeved on the 16th.
  7. I was sleeved on the 16th and the experience was not as bad as I thought it would be. No hunger pains, threw up a bit of gastric juice once. I am struggling with getting in my fluids and protein. The only problem, I think, is the stomach acid which makes me not want to drink water or soups. Tried cream of wheat this morning and could not do it. My goal is it get in a full protein drink before the end of the day! Good luck all...
  8. I was going to ask the same question I had surgery on the16th and have not BM since. Tried a little mill of magnesia but is has not worked so far.
  9. I had surgery on Monday also, no major problems, thank God. What type of popsicles are recommended! I know most have no fat but what is the recommended amount of sugar????
  10. My surgery date is Nov16th! I cannot wait...
