I've been up and down the scale most of my adult life. I held my weight well for almost 3 years. But once I quit smoking the pounds came back. I eventually crested the 300 pound mark. With that brought high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and pretty much every joint and my back hurting with any physical activity. But it was this photo that did it for me. If this doesn't resolve itself a phone call to your local DEA office will do wonders. Ask for the group supervisor (GS) of the diversion squad. A phone call from DEA to a doctors office solves many problems. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No pool. Just great cardio and basic anaerobic (weights) equipment. Sgc: I'd just pop in and definitely see a manager. I love planet fitness. It is Judgement free. I've seen everything from bodybuilder to bodies the size of buildings in the gym. It's really a great value for the price and the fact that most are 24/7 virtually eliminates the gym was closed excuse. I used to work a split shift and go lift a 3am.
