  2. Note that these contain whey protein concentrate, not whey isolate. Because it's from concentrate, your body is not absorbing the entire 20 grams from one serving. So if you eat two of these, you're probably getting around 30 grams instead of 40. Thanks fro letting me know! Learn something new everyday! I didn't know there was a difference.
  3. I have discovered this amazing product called ProYo High Protein Frozen Yogurt. I am 3 days post op and have been able to get 40grams of protein in today eating these alone. Great replacement for the shakes if you are stick of them. Check to see if they are available in your area: http://proyofrozenyogurt.com/where-to-buy/

  6. I also have lots of acid / heartburn / gas in my stomach. I have taken the Pepcid but I also bought the baby gas drops & double the highest dose (2 syringes). It seems to help some. Was really tired of the minty gasx strips.
  7. I had mine nov 19th. Felt ok the day of, no nausea or really any pain. 2nd day wasn't as great - hurt to drink & I had some mild nausea in the evening. Woke up today (day 3) with no nausea, less pain when drinking. It's more of the gas bubbles & pressure that are annoying. Today I've had a danactive drinkable yogurt (3 oz), premier protein shake (11 oz) and some egg drop soup strained. It really hit the spot. I'm going to try & get one more shake in for 60 grams protein. But no way am I able to get 60 oz fluid yet.
