  1. I too am a daily weigher. I am 2 months out and have had 3 stalls already. The weight comes off just slower the further out you get. As long as it comes off I'm happy.
  2. I love steak and haven't tried it yet. I'm 2 moths out and can't wait to eat it. Although I've heard alot of people have issues with it.
  3. I drink coffee but find that I can only drink 1/2 a cup at a sitting. I am only 2 months out right now so I dont know if this will change.

  8. She is only 5 days preop. I had mine done on Sept 1 and had no issues. Every suggestion that I have she tries but can't stomach alot of stuff. I don't know what else to suggest.
  9. My daughter is really struggling with getting in protein. The shakes make her gag to a point she is almost vomiting. She gags on yogurt as well. Any suggestions?
  10. I'm sitting at work cracking up reading this. I haven't experienced any of these issues yet as I'm only 6 weeks out and 35lbs lost in total from the liquid diet till today.
  11. Don't wait til you lose to start working out. Do it as soon as you have release from your doctor.
