  1. I have celiac disease and a hashimotos thyroid, polycystic disease . I was sleeved 8/17/15 I haven't had any adverse affect from the sleeve. If anything it makes it easy I can't eat a lot of shit food. My thyroid is the best it's been in over 25 years. Losing 100 pound have made everything better.

  13. I'm 5 months out and a month ago I up my workout classes. Doing 6 days a week of metabolic conditioning and strength conditioning classes. Pretty hardcore 1:10 min long sessions. Since starting I haven't lost any weight I'm drinking all my fluids plus some getting on my protein in. No carbs don't think I'm eating enough now. I'm around 800 to 850 a day. My nut says I should be eating 1000 or more but afraid I'll gain. Any in sights???
  14. I'm 5 months out and have have a sinus infection and chest cold for two weeks. But today I started with the stomach bug I haven't eaten bread yet but I was wondering if a piece of toast would be OK. Nothing sounds appetizing except piece of toast at this point what do you think.

  16. I travel a lot it's been very hard!! I ask for a box with my meal I also order something I won't mind eating cold back in my room. When I go out with my family my son will eat my leftovers I don't finish at the restaurant. Or my husband will get seafood that I don't eat and he'll have half my steak.
  17. This weekend I have skinny pop and a small piece of chocolate at the movies!!! It was so good but a treat I won't be doing it everyday.
