  5. Well what an awesome 3 months it has been for me. I know that deciding to have the VSG surgery was one of the best decisions I have ever made, and the very best decision for my heath. I will list a few of my stats below since I haven't done this at 1 & 2 months. I haven't measured yet, but as soon as I do, I will update that also. But first, I want to say Thank You for this online community. The challenges, check-in's and conversations with people really help in all of our goals! We might be able to do this on our own without BP, but it sure makes it easier to read that others are going through the same things you are! Many Thanks!! Heighest Weight: 325.0 Pre-Op Weight: 303.8 Surgery Weight: 288. Today's Weight 235.4 That makes a total of: 89.6 pounds lost since my highest 68.4 pounds lost since pre-op diet 52.6 pounds lost since surgery I have also lost a total of 60 inches total! My sizes are: Shirt: down from a 3-4X to a 1X (Close to a large) Pants: down from a 26 to 16 Shoes: down from a 9 to 8.5 (so strange to me!! I am beyond thrilled with my progress and hope I can do at least HALF this good in the next three months!! Attached are pictures of my in the fall of 2015 and just last week at work.

  10. Good Morning! My starting weight is 246.0. My goal is 229.8. Thanks again for doing this! I greatly appreciate it!
  11. Count me in Rebecca! Thanks for doing this!!! My goal is 5 hours a week.
  12. Personally, that sounds awful. You could get the veggies and vitamins from other sources, even just a regular V8. All that caffeine would be a concern. What does your NUT say about them? Well since I don't drink too many of them I do not get as much caffeine as someone who drinks coffee. I can't drink sodas and don't like coffee so this is a great alternative for me. My NUT thinks it is fine as so long as I stay under carbs and am getting my Protein in.
  13. I am 2.5 months post op and I drink V8 V-fusion Energy drinks. The one I like (Orange Pineapple) come in an 8 oz can. It has 50 calories and 12 carbs. It isn't carbonated and has more caffeine than a diet Soda in a 12 oz can. They come in diet and lots of different flavors too! Worth a try since they have the pick up you are looking for and not carbonated PLUS they have a daily dose of a veggie and fruit AND some of the Vitamins we all need since having surgery. ) Good Luck!
  14. Hi, I am a little over 2 months post op and I too went from a 9 to 8.5. I hadn't been 8.5 since high school so I thought my feet had just grown, but nope. It was the weight. Luckily I can still wear some of my 9's with the thicker socks I wear now because of being cold. haha. I am hoping I can still pull of my size 9 sandals this summer because I have tons of them!
  15. That is awesome! And what a difference in 6 months. You are beautiful Lady!
  16. Only got 1.5 hours this week I will pick it up this week for sure! Nice weather coming in!
