Not loosing weight! Help!
I had mine on August 27, I too have only lost 15lbs. I mean I wish it was 30 but I know I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing, so at this point, if I stay a fatty.... I've really truly tried everything in my power not to be. Hey look at whales they swim all day and eat fish, yet they're still big fat whales!!! Maybe we're just mermaids!!!!!!????????

Oh, I have one more tip, the Greek yogurt-plain- is LOADED with protein but not so much on flavor.. I mix a little SF cheesecake pudding powder in it and voila girl, you're eating cheesecake!!! And no, mine didn't have plain but the piña colada is pretty plain. Tastes just like plain coconut water

I'm not sure if you guys have the vitamin shoppe locally but they sell a product called coco protein, it has 20gm of protein,no lactose & gluten free!!! It tastes just like coconut water and is so different than the muddy protein shakes!! It's been my lifesaver!! Plus it has all the electrolytes that coconut water is becoming popular for! Really good stuff????????

How to get enough protein 3wk out without protein powder
I bought a new product called coco protein, it's coconut water with 20gm of protein no gluten and lactose free!!! If anyone like coconut water then definitely try this stuff. They also have a chocolate flavored one, but I'm sick of super sweet stuff so I opted for the piña colada flavor. Which doesn't taste like anything but coconut to me!! Oh!!! And it's about 120 calories for 12oz!!!! This has been my lifesaver as I don't do well with protein shakes.

I'm a week and a half out and only took pain meds the 2nd & 3rd night after surgery. I'm doing very well with eating/drinking. I have not really stopped doing anything because I had surgery, I still clean, wash clothes, bathe the dog,cook... I think the faster you get back to doing your "normal" stuff, the better you feel!!! Good luck

Former csection mommies
Omg c-sections were so much worse than this! I too held my pee till I couldn't hold it no more and the nurse didn't want me to walk yet, she brought me a bed pan and I couldn't pee no matter what! As soon as the nurse left, I told hubby to unhook me from my compression socks and unplug my IV. Once I got up to pee, I never wanted to sit back down. It felt so much better to walk around...as soon as I laid down the gas would come back. I'm a week and a half out and am full of energy. Best choice I've made for MYSELF EVER!!!

Having a hard time
What was your turning point? That one thing that really bothered you about your weight? I for one, can't wait to ride stuff with my kids. I can't wait to wear my heels without having my legs shake from the instability of a 300+lb body at an incline!!!! I am most looking forward to my kids being able to hug me completely with their arms totally around my waist!!! You must have these small goals, find some and think about it long and hard when those shrimps start teasing you again!!!

Can i eat.....?
I also had my surgery 8/27!!! I am now eating creamed soups and clear liquids and protein shakes but I'm still having trouble getting in a total of 64oz of liquids. I'm doing between 40-50gms of protein right now and trying to get to 60!!!
