  1. Wow that is horrible how she treated you. I would have lost my mind. Thankfully I have nothing but support from my in-laws and they know that I am doing this to be a better wife to their son
  2. I used to work fast food and was on my feet 12 hours at a time and that kept my weight down now I'm at a desk job and I've gained literally 100 pounds in 3 years
  3. I take Walgreen's brand vitamins except my calcium which I take citrical
  4. I'm on prozac and latuda and have noticed a slight weight gain maybe 2# not much but its better then felling depressed
  5. Well I am an hour early to my first nutritional class I will keep y'all updated throughout my process anyone else starting their 6 month wait around this time
  6. i have a 6 month wait and i am changing my diet per nut orders slow and steady and i am also trying to walk more and trying to track my food every day

  8. i was pre-aproved by the insurance i just have to do the 6 month diet and psych eval and then i am approved
  9. this is part of the reason i am glad i work for a family business they know why i am taking off work and just want me to heal so they tell me to take off as much as i need and come back when i can

  12. I've always had this problem and it gets worse the heavier you are also dramatic weight loss will bring it on. It could go away but if it doesn't then you might need a bp med to help I take sprolaktone
  13. I run hot I can't wait for the surgery so I can cool off
  14. Your bf is in the same boat as my husband. He loves his video games and me find common ground over board games and table top games. I don't bombard him with the minuta of this surgery because even though it affects him he really doesn't need to be my sounding board

  18. my first goal is getting under 200 then getting to a healthy bmi then running a 5k then getting into a size 8 pants like i wore in high school maybe a size 6 with plastics
  19. what plan did the nut give you. i can tell you my nut put me on basically the south beach diet but im allowed fruit
  20. i dont finish my pre op classes until febuary so im in the same boat with you. but we will get through this. just learn what you can and start implementing changes now so they arnt so drastic when you get closer to surgery day
  21. my surgeon prefers to do rny but he is compatent doing sleeve as well he doesnt do the band any more. when i went into my appointment we talked about my goal weight which is 140 pounds to lose and i chose sleeve and he agreed to that so maybe you should seek a second opinion
  22. Thanks everyone I've cut out my juice and cut down my portionns so I should see movement on the scale. As far as weight loss. The nut wants me to lose half a pound to two pounds a month
