  7. Hi everyone- just an update... I’m still doing very well maintaining after 2 years. I did gain 20 lbs back but that’s from working from home, vacationing, snacking during the holidays, and drinking. It’s much easier for me to lose weight now. I can eat about 3-4 oz depending on what so eat. I still always eat my Protein first and my bad carbs last. I take my Vitamins religiously and drink lots of Water. My life is very happy and I’m still so glad with the choice I made for my life. Having no gallbladder has also been an easy transition. I’m between a size 10-12 and although I gained weight, all my clothes still fit. Exercise is what I’m lacking because I work from home now and have been working at 430am. That’s been making me tired. Happy New Year... and Ill try to keep posting my updates as best as I can! Hope everyone is doing well...

  16. Here is an old picture of me from 2008. I am 2 lbs away from this weight. Its been a great week of receiving compliments. Ive had so many people tell me how beautiful I am and tell me that they see that Ive lost weight. When I was this weight, I didnt get a whole lot of compliments but now this time around... I am. It really feels nice getting compliments. Im not a person that seeks attention nor will I ever be but was always the beautiful "heavy" friend that everyone loved. Now, Im the beautiful friend that everyone compliments. It's a great feeling. I will post a current picture when I have someone to take a pic of me. Im horrible at selfies. Im 40 lbs from meeting my goal weight!
