  4. Hey All, I am a few weeks from my 3 year anniversary of having my sleeve surgery. Sometimes I have the feeling that there is food stuck in my esophagus or I get heartburn. I never had heartburn prior to surgery. Any thoughts about why this might be happening and what I can do to get rid of these problems? TIA!
  5. My husband suggested that I take 1 scoop of unflavored Protein powder and sprinkle it on things throughout the day (pudding, cottage cheese...). By the end of the day, I would get in that amount of protein (let's say 24 grams - depending on what brand of protein you use). I think that is a super idea but haven't tried it yet. I tried to add a whole scoop to some broth at the beginning of my full liquids stage and it was not tasty to me at all. Good Luck to you!
