  3. I tried my best on the liquid dit but I must admit I ended up cheating quite a bit. Only on high protein low carb stuff though to keep my body in ketosis. Still lost like ten pounds and my surgury went fantastic
  4. I was sleeved may 17th. I feel completely normal today besides my incisions being a little sore today-yesterday was pretty good too. The night of surgury was very very rough for my as I was having some pretty severe back pain along with everything else.I honestly did not expect the pain to be as server as it was... I was on dialuded With frequent doses in the hospital along with one does of something stronger I don't remember what it was..you'll be fine though I'm honestly a somewhat sensitive and pain intolerant person lol...
  5. ThannS for the reply guys:) I feel better knowing not to much restriction is normal...I just feel so normal but your right I need to remember I had major surgury

  7. Cream of wheat or thin mashed potatoes are on my approved list along with greek yogurt and strained soups. I really can't wait till I can just puree some meat and vegetables though cause these foods seem so carbs to me I guess that's why I'm only supposed to eat 2oz
  8. Ok, well the first time I realized it was too much.I was just ready to eat some actual food and went over board.Next time I made myself a tiny portion. I just really thought my sleeve would let it's self be known...
  9. So far everything I've eaten has been fine. I can eat a pretty decent(I wanna say about a cup) of mashed potatoes. I was full from that. But shouldn't I be getting full from way you less? Strained soups shoot I could probably eat a whole bowl if I wanted to but I'm not. I thought the whole point of this Sergio is to restrict how much I can actually eat? I'm disappointed to say the least. Sure I've lost 10 pounds since I had the surgury but I was so messed up the first few days I didn't eat any thing at all.
  10. So I'm in month two of my 3 month diet....ill admit I haven't been following it great BUT I'am making a effort. Just wondering peoples experience/how well the followed the diet. Thanks!

  29. Starting get kind scared :/. I'm still really early in the journey,my seminar is this Sat. I guess I'm just afraid ill regret this and loose who Iam. What if I don't loose any weight? What will I do with all this spare time i'll have not going to restaurants and cooking. How many people have major sickness/discomfort/ weakness for a extended time after surgery? I'm worried about being able to take care of my two yeay old.I'm also worried ill be grumpy with her. I'm like afarid ill become more unlikabable. Idk I'm just afraid of who ill become after the surgery. Sorry for the rant everyone I guess I just need to talk it out. If you made it this far thank you for taking the time.
