  2. Day 6 post op, still sipping all day, 20 oz bottle Isopure liquid Protein, 2 bottles Premeir Protein, Water with Crystal light, broth a couple times per day and SF Jello Getting stronger each day
  3. Way to many Carbs. Stay away from them. Always read the carb count then subtract the Fiber.

  7. GNC health food stores have it. My favorite is the red colored bottle, cherry I believe.
  8. I drink one bottle of Isopure clear Protein, a bottle of Pure Protein Shake, Beef Broth today and as much water as possible one sip at a time all throughout the day. I am on day 4. I was sleeved on the night of the 28th.
  9. I was Sleeved Tuesday and am doing well. Living mostly on Isopure Protein Liquid, Water, broth and small amount of SF Jello. Gas and bloating are going down a small amount each day, Gas X doesn't seam to do much. How many strips at a time do you take? Maybe I need to walk more. What is your best tasting favorite brand of Broth? Thanks, Craig
